    Monday-Thursday: 5:00 - 10:15am, 4:30- 7:30pm

    Friday: 5:00 - 10:15am, 4:30- 6:30pm

    Saturday: 6:30am-8:00am Weightlifting

            8:00am-9:00am Crossfit

    Sunday: Closed
